How do I know which gasket fits my refrigerator or freezer?

What is the difference between a screw-in and a push-in gasket?
Screw-in gaskets are held in place by a plastic retainer strip and screws around the perimeter. Push-in (or dart-style) gaskets have a plastic flange that presses directly into a channel or groove in the door.
How long does shipping take for custom-sized gaskets?
Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom-made gaskets typically require 3-5 business days for production before they are dispatched via your selected shipping method.
My new gasket arrived folded or kinked. Is it defective?
No, it is common for gaskets to develop temporary kinks during shipping. We recommend laying the gasket flat in a warm room or using a hairdryer on low heat to soften the vinyl and restore its original shape before installation.
Can I return a gasket if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns on stock items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new condition. Please note that custom-cut gaskets are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
