Verify Model & Condition
Ensure the gasket has not been installed and is free of debris. We can only accept returns for items in their original, resellable condition.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the gasket profile to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the gasket back in its original box, ensuring it is not folded or kinked, as damage during transit may void your refund eligibility.
Ship and Track
Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
